Request permanent deletion of your PropTech AI Client Portal account and the personal data associated with it. This page works whether or not you still have the app installed.
What gets deleted
Once we process your request, we permanently delete:
Your account profile (name, email, company, phone) and login credentials
Your saved notification and app preferences, and the devices registered for notifications
Chat history with Remi AI and our support team, including voice notes and files you sent
Records of voice calls with our team (calls themselves are never recorded)
Skip-trace uploads and order history tied to your account
Campaign details and files you uploaded, and any Email Marketing contact lists
What we may retain
Some records can't be deleted immediately even on request:
Billing and payment records we're legally required to keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes
Records tied to an active or disputed transaction, until that matter is resolved
Data already anonymized or aggregated in a way that no longer identifies you
Anything retained under this section is kept only as long as legally required, and is never used for any purpose other than that legal or financial obligation.
⚠️This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you'll lose access to your leads, campaigns, and order history, and this cannot be reversed.
